MULTIPLE train services across the Bradford district were being cancelled, with others delayed by up to an hour earlier this afternoon.
National Rail announced at 11.04am that there was a fault with the signalling system near Keighley.
This meant all lines in the area are blocked.
Trains between Shipley Railway Station and Skipton Railway Station were being cancelled or delayed by up to 60 minutes, as a result.
Other services were also unable to run, including: between Leeds and Skipton/Morecambe/Carlisle and between Bradford Forster Square and Ilkley.
Replacement road transport was requested to run between Skipton and Leeds in both directions, and between Skipton and Bradford Forster Square in both directions.
The coaches were operated by Phantom Travel, Star of Batley and Blue Sky.
Services between Bradford Forster Square and Ilkley, between Leeds and Ilkley, and also between Leeds and Bradford Forster Square, were not directly affected but were also expected to be subject to delays and cancellations.
Services between Leeds and Bradford Interchange were unaffected.
This issue was expected to run until 2pm, but was solved by 12.42pm.
