JANE McDonald took a trip down soap opera memory lane as she returned to the Bradford district for her latest TV series.
The popular singer visited Esholt for an Emmerdale nostalgia-fuelled episode three of her new Channel 5 show; 'Jane McDonald: My Yorkshire', broadcast on Sunday night.
During the series, Jane pays a nostalgic tour of the place she calls ‘home’ or, as she says, 'my Yorkshire.'
In this week's Jane McDonald: My Yorkshire I'll be taking a tandem cycling tour of Knaresborough, visiting the original filming location for Emmerdale Farm and meeting Frazer Hines. Then it's off to Bridlington where I spent my childhood holidays! 9pm Sunday @channel5_tv pic.twitter.com/1l78vVNJmt

She met actor Frazer Hines, who played Joe Sugden in the soap, at the Woolpack pub in Esholt, where the outdoor scenes of Emmerdale were filmed for its first 20 years.
Hines recalled the post office siege from 1994 which was filmed in Esholt.
It was Jane's second visit to the Bradford district of the series after she travelled to Haworth and Oakworth in episode two.
