ONE person was taken to hospital this afternoon following a two-car collision in Bradford city centre.
The incident, in Hall Ings, occurred between a white Audi and a black Golf just after 12 noon today.
Emergency servies attended to deal with the collision while police cordoned the road off.
Public transport was re-routed.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said there were two cars involved with one female trapped. Extrication was carried out by fire service personnel and the casualty transported to hospital by ambulance.
Appliances from Bradford and Odsal attended.
A city centre worker said the road has now reopened.
