A bus service which links Shipley to Bradford Royal Infirmary begins on Monday.
The 629 First service runs from Crag Road and Shipley Market Place, via Bradford Road, Keighley Road and Heaton to the BRI.
Metro, the West Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive, has agreed to subsidise a new service, which will run every hour, Monday to Saturday in the daytime.
