A FLASHER who exposed his genitals at a pub has been fined and handed a community order after admitting his distressing behaviour.
Barry Jo Cooper, 48, of Harewood Road, Damems near Oakworth, committed the exposure offence committed at the Three Horses pub in Fell Lane, Keighley, on Thursday, January 13.
He admitted the offence at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court the following day, January 14, and was sentenced appearing back at the court off City Park on Monday, February 21.
Cooper admitted intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress, in breach of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Magistrates handed the 48-year-old a community order which he must complete in the next nine months.
He was ordered to complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement days, and also to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and costs of £85, a total of £180.
A further charge of outraging public decency was withdrawn at the hearing in January.
