A BRADFORD school has been forced to close one of its year groups today.
Newby Primary School, on Ryan Street in West Bowling, has shut its Reception classes on Monday because of storm damage.
Staff will be moving to the school's Space building for the next week.
Reception children will be able to return to that building tomorrow.
Newby apologised for the inconvenience caused to parents.
At 7.50am, the school provided the following statement to Bradford Council.
It read: "Due to storm damage, the Reception classes will be closed today.
"Staff will be moving into the Space building for the next week.
"Reception children can return tomorrow (March 1) to the Space building.
"We apologise for inconvenience caused to families."
