A 10-YEAR-OLD was rushed to hospital and a road closed after a crash with a car today.
West Yorkshire Police was called to Cleckheaton Road, in the Low Moor area of Bradford, by the Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) at 12.57pm today.
There had been a crash on the road, involving a 10-year-old child and a Ford Fiesta.
It was near the road's junction with New Works Road and close to Low Moor Railway Station.
The child was rushed to Leeds General Infirmary (LGI) and is currently in hospital and being assessed.
Police closed Cleckheaton Road and put a cordon in place for that reason, for three hours.
The road reopened at 3.56pm.
