A MAN has been fined and disqualified from driving after speeding on the Bingley bypass.
Paul Young, 52, of Sunhurst Drive, Oakworth, Keighley, pleaded guilty to an offence of exceeding the 50mph speed limit.
According to court documents, it happened on March 19 last year.
He was caught driving at 80mph on Sir Fred Hoyle Way and pleaded guilty on February 21.
He was fined £608 and was also ordered to pay costs of £110 and a surcharge of £61 to fund victim services.
The amount totals £779 and must be paid by March 21 this year.
Young, who appeared in court on February 21, was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for a period of six months and received six penalty points.
