A WOMAN has been fined after assaulting two emergency workers.
Clair Louise Falkingham, 48, of Highgate Mill Fold, Queensbury, appeared in court to face the charges on February 22.
According to court documents, Falkingham assaulted PC Watmough on January 26 in the Cemetery Road area of Low Moor.
For that offence, she was fined £200, ordered to pay £50 compensation and £34 to fund victim services.
On the same day, while at Trafalgar House Police Station on Nelson Street, Falkingham then went on to assault detention officer Tessa Doran.
There was no separate penalty for that offence, but she was ordered to pay £50 compensation.
The total sum to be recovered is £344 and the court documents state that an application was made for benefit deductions.
