POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a teenager who has been reported missing from Bradford.
Jacob Lee, 17, was last seen in the Undercliffe area of Bradford at around 6.30am on February 17.
He was wearing black Nike jogging bottoms and a black raincoat.
Jacob is described as white male, 5ft 4ins, of small build, with brown eyes and brown hair.
Officers are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare and is appealing to the public to assist.
Anyone with information is asked to contact 101, quoting incident number 19 of 18 February.
