A MALE driver was charged after not wearing a seatbelt and failing to provide a roadside drug test.
Earlier this week, the individual was stopped on Bradford Road in Shipley because he did not have his seatbelt on.
When officers asked him to partake in a roadside drug test, he refused to do one.
The man was then arrested, charged and released.
He will appear in court in March.
On Wednesday, Sergeant Terri Green, of the Shipley Neighbourhood Policing Team, tweeted: "A driver was stopped on Bradford Road in Shipley due to not wearing a seatbelt.
"Officers requested him to provide a roadside drug test but he refused.
"Male arrested for fail to provide, charged and released.
"He has a court date in March."
