STORM Eunice is piling on further misery in Bradford after the Met Office announced another weather warning for the city.
The national weather service has issued a yellow weather warning for ice.
It covers Bradford, Huddersfield, Manchester, Liverpool, the North-West and most of Scotland.
The warning states that: "A mixture of wintry showers and clear spells are likely to lead to a cold night with some icy stretches developing on untreated surfaces."
It is in place from 6pm tonight until 9am tomorrow, but that could change.
The severe weather conditions in Bradford are expected to cause the following issues:
- Icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths
- Some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces
Bradford has also been hit with yellow weather warning for wind across today and tomorrow and another for rain on Sunday.
There was originally a yellow alert for snow running today in Bradford and across Northern England, but these areas were removed from the warning.
This is because, despite some falling snow, no large accumulations are expected.
Elsewhere the warning has now been focused more around high ground.
