A QUEENSBURY primary school is closed today after it suffered damage as a result of Storm Eunice.
Foxhill Primary School is closed for health and safety reasons after its roof was damaged in the storm.
Remote learning will be available for all classes, and the school will now reopen after half-term on Monday, 28 February.
In a letter sent to parents, headteacher Mrs Hey said: "School has sustained significant damage to the roof, at the front and back of school last night.
"Unfortunately, we are unable to have the necessary repairs done before the half-term holiday, and due to the high wind forecast, due to health and safety concerns, school and Fox Club will not be able to open.
"Remote learning will be provided for all classes."
