If you have the mechanical skills to repair a broken strimmer or get a stalled tractor up and running again, Undercliffe Cemetery Charity wants to hear from you.
The charity has a new chairman Professor Stuart Sanderson, of Bradford University's Management Centre, a new secretary and treasurer and three new trustees.
Early next month it will be taking delivery of a new cabin with changing, washing and toilet facilities for the volunteers working at the cemetery.
Soon Manningham Housing will be supplying 20 tons of pea gravel for the graves in the historic core' of the cemetery.
A recent appeal found three volunteers. "They're good people," said trustee Allan Hillary.
"We're very glad to have them."
But he said more were needed, particularly people with skills. They can contact Mr Hillary on (01274) 787589.
