A BRADFORD man is to appear in court in Northampton for allegedly assaulting a woman and resisting a police officer.
Thomas Connors, 31, of the Mary Street Caravan Site in the Laisterdyke area, faces three charges and is set to appear for trial at Northampton Magistrates' Court tomorrow (February 10).
The charges are: common assault, assault by beating and obstructing or resisting a constable in the execution of their duty.
Connors pleaded not guilty to the first two charges, but guilty to the third charge, on June 8, 2020.
The alleged incident happened two days earlier, on June 6, 2020.
It is alleged Connors assaulted, and assaulted by beating, a woman in Northampton and also resisted a female police officer.
