WORK on Bradford’s network of water pipes will result in some temporary road closures over the coming week.
Water works on Gawthorpe Lane, Bingley, mean the closure of Gawthorpe Lane from a point outside number four to a point outside number five.
The order will come into effect at 8am on Monday February 14 and remain in force until 6pm on February 15. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
There are no alternative routes for traffic affected by the order.
Work proposed on or near North Avenue, Bradford, mean that no traffic can travel along North Avenue from a point outside 3 North Avenue to a point outside 12 North Avenue.
The order will come into effect at 7pm on February 14 and remain in force until 9.30pm on the same day.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the order will be via North Avenue (the unaffected section), Queens Road, Manningham Lane, Oak Lane, North Park Road, Emm Lane, Keighley Road, Cunliffe Road and vice versa.
Work on Ferncliffe Road, Bingley, mean that traffic shall not travel along Ferncliffe Road from its junction with Leonard Street to a point outside of Eldon House.
The order comes into effect at 9.30pm on Monday February 14 and remain in force until 11.30pm the same day.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the order will be available via Ferncliffe Road (the unaffected section), Gilstead Lane, Warren Lane, Otley Road, Parkside, Park Road, Main Street and vice versa.
Water works on Mytholmes Lane, Haworth, will result in the temporary closure of Mytholmes Lane from a point outside Ashmount House to a point outside 15 Mytholmes Lane.
The order will come into effect at 7pm on Wednesday February 16 and remain in force until 9.30pm the same day. Alternative routes will be via Mytholmes Lane (the unaffected section) Providence Lane, Colne Road, Keighley Road, Oakworth Road, High Street, Bridge Street, South Street, Halifax Road, Haworth Road, Lees Lane, Mill Hey, Station Road, Bridgehouse Lane, Rawdon Road and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Work on Undercliffe Lane, Bradford, mean the closure of Undercliffe Lane from its junction with Beech Grove to its junction with Westfield Terrace.
The order comes into effect at 11:30am today and remain until 3.30pm today. Alternative routes will be via Undercliffe Lane (the unaffected section), Pollard Lane, Killinghall Road, Northcote Road, Otley Road and vice versa. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
