PLANS have been submitted to build four new detached homes on a patch of land surrounded by existing homes in Calverley.
The application, if approved, would see the homes built on land in Crowther Avenue in the village.
The land has Crowther Avenue to the south, and is bordered on all sides by existing properties, with Carr Road to the north, Ravenscliffe Road to the west, and Fraser Road to the east.
Each of the homes would have six double bedrooms, with open plan kitchen and dining rooms, a living room, study, two en-suites and a family bathroom plus two additional bathrooms, and also would have integrated garages and double driveways.
They would be constructed of natural stone with tiled roofs, and access would be via the driveway of number 3 Crowther Avenue.
Members of the public have until Tuesday, April 16, to submit any comments for or against on the plans.
