POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist was injured in a collision in Addingham.
It happened at about 2pm on Sunday, January 9 in Bark Lane, when a man came off his bicycle after he was overtaken by a blue BMW.
It is believed the car struck the cyclist as he overtook him.
The rider suffered serious injuries and bruising.
The car and the cyclist were both travelling along Bolton Road minutes before the collision and anyone who witnessed the collision or what happened immediately prior to it, is asked to contact the Roads Policing Unit on 101, or by using the livechat option on the West Yorkshire Police website.
Anyone with dashcam footage which will assist the investigation is also urged to get in touch.
