A STOLEN motorbike has been found by police just over a week after it was taken.
The black bike was discovered by an officer from West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team - the force's dedicated initiative for tackling anti-social and dangerous driving - in the Bradford East area yesterday afternoon.
It had been stolen from the Shipley area, just over seven days before the officer found it.
The motorbike was recovered and the owner was informed.
A police investigation is underway to find the person or people who stole the vehicle.
A spokesperson for the Steerside Team said: "Motorcycle stolen from the Shipley area just over a week ago.
"We have been on the look-out ever since.
"Recovered today by a Steerside officer from the Bradford East area - owner informed.
"Enquiries ongoing to locate the suspect(s)."
