A MAN who exposed his genitals at a pub is due to be sentenced later this month after admitting the distressing crime.
Flasher Barry Jo Cooper, 48, of Harewood Road, Damems near Oakworth, admitted the exposure offence committed at the Three Horses pub in Fell Lane, Keighley, on Thursday, January 13.
He was dragged before Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court the next day, Friday, January 14, where he gave an indicated plea of guilty.
Cooper admitted intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress, in breach of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
He was granted unconditional bail and must next appear in court on Monday, February 21, when he is due to be sentenced for the offence, with a pre-sentence report to be produced ahead of his next appearance before magistrates.
A charge of outraging public decency was withdrawn at the hearing.
