A MAN has been banned from a number of shops in the district after being slapped with a Criminal Behaviour Order.
James Ashley Murray, pictured, of Landscove Avenue, Holme Wood, was made the subject of the order at Bradford Magistrates' Court, last week.
It states that he must not do the following:
- Remain in any shop or commercial premises when asked to leave by staff in the Bradford district and Kirklees Council district.
- Enter anywhere he has been banned by way of written banning notice in the Bradford district and Kirklees Council district.
- Enter the Co-op store on Bradford Road in Birkenshaw
- Enter Farmfoods on Tong Street
- Enter Lloyds Pharmacy at Birkenshaw Health Centre on Town Street, Birkenshaw.
- Enter Lloyds Pharmacy at the Highfield Health Centre on Procter Street, off Tong Street.
