The driver of a Subaru Impreza has been fined for failing to stop for police.
Thamoor Javed, 28, of Howard Place, Batley, committed the offence in Bradford Road, Batley, on November 14, 2020.
He was fined £80, must pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34, and was ordered to pay costs of £310 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Javed's guilty plea, on the day of trial, was taken into account when he was sentenced at Kirklees Magistrates Court on December 21, 2021.
A charge of driving a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road/in a public place without due care and attention was dismissed, with no evidence offered.
