Two men and a youth appeared before Bradford Magistrates today charged with manslaughter.
The charges relate to an incident on June 22 last year when Francis Lee Conway, 33, above, a pedestrian, died in an accident with a recovery truck in Canal Road, Bradford.
Caleb Coleman, 21, of Mary Street, Laisterdyke, Bradford; Wayne Lee, also 21, of Holme Wood Road, Holme Wood, Bradford, and a 17-year-old youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were bailed to appear at Bradford Crown Court on February 5.
