A BRADFORD man has been jailed for theft of children's clothing from a Primark store in the city.
Serood Nagmadin, 33, of Canterbury Avenue, was charged with one count of theft from a shop.
He was committed to prison for a total of 20 week, including being committed to prison for 15 weeks.
Nagmadin stole children's clothing, worth £41, from Primark, Darley Street, Bradford, on December 29, 2021.
He was also ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge when he was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates' Court on January 5, 2022.
Nagmadin was jailed as the offence so serious because of his 'flagrant disregard for court orders'.
This offence was committed on the same day as the latest community that was imposed by the court, because the offence was aggravated by his record of previous offending.
