STUNNING PICTURES of Bradford lit up from above have been captured by a West Yorkshire police constable who was on duty.
PC Whitely, who also works for the National Police Air Service's fixed wing team was flying over the city on the evening of Thursday, 20 January, assisting West Yorkshire police with an incident when he noticed the beautiful skyline.
The images show a landscape of Bradford lit up by its city lights at night, with well-known landscapes including City Hall featuring in the pictures.
PC Whitely said the National Police Air Service aeroplane is based out of Doncaster airport but is a national aircraft to support forces with incidents.
He took to Twitter to share his 'view of the office'.
