THE sentences of two Bradford men who were jailed last month will not be increased after a bid has failed.
Rafiq Khan, 30, of Barlow Street, Barkerend, was sentenced to eight years and eight months in December, having pleaded guilty to participating in the activities of an organised crime group by trafficking Class A drugs.
He also admitted possession of a kilo of cocaine with intent to supply it at his former address in Eccleshill, and possession of cash as criminal property.

Khan's co-accused, Leonard Badwal, 23, of Airedale Road, Undercliffe, Bradford, was jailed for two and a half years.
He pleaded guilty to participating in the activities of an organised crime group by trafficking Class B drugs at the same time.
A request was made to the Attorney General's Office that they consider whether the sentence should be referred to the Court of Appeal through the unduly lenient sentence scheme.
The scheme allows victims of crime, their families, prosecutors and the public to ask for a review of sentences for certain crimes that they believe are too low.
The AGO has now decided not to refer the cases on, so their sentences will remain the same.
