A 59-YEAR-old man who tried to break in to a house in Bradford while the homeowner was inside, has been sentenced.
Mohammed Rafiq Hussain, of Great Horton Road, Bradford, was out on licence at the time of the attempted burglary in October 2019.
Bradford Crown Court heard how two men were spotted fleeing the garden of a house at Brantwood Drive, by a woman living there.
They had attempted to break in through the bathroom window, and Hussain was linked to the crime through blood found at the scene.
He had been released from a ten year prison sentence for drugs conspiracy in 2016.
For attempted burglary he received a 21 month sentence, suspended for two years and must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work.
