A drugs smuggler serving a long jail sentence has had a court hearing to seize his ill-gotten gains postponed until March.
Paul Capuvanno, 37, was imprisoned for eight years in July, 2006, after a police swoop on his home in Otley Road, Charlestown, Bradford, uncovered cocaine worth almost £44,000.
A bag containing more than a kilogram of the drug was hidden in the rafters of the garage.
Capuvanno was jailed for six years at Bradford Crown Court for the drugs offence and two years for conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
Judge Jonathan Durham Hall QC heard that all the necessary evidence was not available for a confiscation hearing to go ahead as planned on Monday.
The case was relisted for March 17 when a new date will be fixed.
