Three men were due to appear at Bingley Magistrates' Court today charged in connection with the theft of a Subaru car which was involved in an accident in Shipley on Saturday night.
The men, one aged 27 and the other two aged 25, have been charged with taking the vehicle without the owner's consent.
They were arrested after the Subaru was involved in a collision with a Vauxhall Corsa in Leeds Road, Windhill.
The Corsa driver was freed from the wreckage by firefighters and needed hospital treatment.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said a fourth man arrested in connection with the incident remained in police custody early today.
