DRUG dealing, anti-social behaviour and tackling organised criminality.
These are just some of the priorities of the Bradford South Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT).
In Royds, there are ongoing reports of ASB and street-level drug dealing in and around Harold Park.
The ward also sees issues with nuisance vehicles like off-road motorbikes and quads.
In Wibsey, there are concerns around speeding and the NPT has also prioritised addressing the issue of begging in the Mayo Road and Smiddles Lane area.
In Tong ward, one of the key issues is tackling ASB and damage caused by young people on Broadstone Way and Tong Street, at Knowles Park, as well as at the Euroway Industrial Estate in the evenings.
Another priority in the ward is tackling serious organised crime.
In Wyke, speeding and anti-social driving on Huddersfield Road, Cleckheaton Road and Westfield Lane is a problem.
Another policing priority is to disrupt the supply of drugs within the ward.
In Great Horton, issues include Organised Crime Group activity in the area; anti-social behaviour around Beldon Road, Ashton Avenue and the Tesco, plus anti-social use of off-road vehicles near Scholemoor Cemetery.
In Queensbury, the aims are to disrupt the supply of drugs in the area; tackle inconsiderate parking around schools and combat ASB at Russell Hall Park and the surrounding areas, and West End/Sandbeds at school finish times.
