A MAN in his 80s has died following a road accident in Keighley.
The pedestrian was crossing at the junction of Keighley Road and Oakbank Broadway when he was involved in a collision with a red Toyota Supra, travelling towards Keighley.
The man was taken to Leeds General Infirmary with critical injuries. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the accident, which happened at about 1.30pm yesterday (December 14).
The road was closed for several hours whilst emergency services dealt with the incident.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service sent a land ambulance, air ambulance and team leader to the scene.
