A judge has again adjourned the sentence of 44-year-old homeless man who claimed he had put a nail bomb on a Skipton-to-Leeds train.
David France, who has a history of mental health problems, is currently the subject of an interim hospital order and today Judge Roger Scott adjourned his sentence hearing until March 13 after being told that his psychiatric assessment was still ongoing.
Last September France, who did not attend at Bradford Crown Court today, pleaded guilty to giving false information about a bomb.
Magistrates were told that he made the bogus claim because he had nowhere to stay and wanted to be locked up for the night.
France is being assessed at a hospital in Bury.
