FIRE damaged a fish and chip shop in Bradford last night.
Two appliances from Bradford Fire Station and one from Shipley Fire Station were called at 8.15pm to a report of a fire at a fish and chip shop, on Oak Lane in Manningham.
A spokesperson from Shipley Fire Station said firefighters quickly extinguished the fire which was confined to and oil frying range.
He said in addition to damages to fixtures on the range, there was heavy smoke damage throughout the building.
He said there was no-one in the building as the shop was closed.
It is unknown what caused the fire.
