AUDLEY Clevedon, the luxury retirement village at Ben Rhydding in Ilkley, is hosting its annual Christmas fair from 11am to 3pm today.
The Christmas fair will be free and open to the public, and attendees can browse the stalls while listening to live music and enjoying an appearance from Father Christmas.
There will be an array of community and owner stalls to visit, selling paper crafts, homemade gifts and festive treats like mulled wine, roast chestnuts, hot turkey and stuffing sandwiches.
Additionally, any prospective owners will also be able to take the opportunity to speak to the Audley Clevedon team and meet current owners of the 91 properties in the village.
