Airline BMI has modified a number of flights between Leeds-Bradford Airport and Heathrow.
One flight to Britain's busiest airport was cancelled yesterday and other flights were delayed.
Today's BD412 service - departing Heathrow at 8.50am and arriving at Yeadon at 9.50am - has been combined with the BD332 flights between Heathrow and Durham Tees Valley.
This will now operate as a service from Leeds-Bradford to Heathrow via Durham Tees Valley, departing Yeadon at 10.45am.
Other flights between Leeds-Bradford and London were expected to be normal.
A BMI spokesman said: "Following the runway incident involving a BA aircraft Heathrow airport is operating at reduced capacity.
"BMI is committed to operating as normal a flight schedule as possible with minimum disruption to passengers, as well as working with BAA to ease the situation at the airport."
