Three people charged with the manslaughter of Keighley man Kevin O'Brien will go on trial before a jury.
Debi Graham, 21, and Dean Swan, 31, of Acres Street, Knowle Park, Keighley, and Andrew Richard Graham, 22, of Aireville House, North Street, Keighley, were at Bradford Magistrate's Court today, also charged with robbery and assault occasioning actually bodily harm.
A packed courtroom heard that Mr O'Brien died after hitting his head on a kerb, following an attack in Oakworth Road, Keighley, in the early hours of Sunday.
He was walking home with two friends when they were involved in a confrontation, shortly before his death.
The defendants were refused bail and remanded in police custody.
Miss Graham blew a kiss to her family members in the gallery as she was led to the cells.
They will appear via video link at Bradford Crown Court for the start of the trial on January 24.
