A local history group is among the first to benefit from an awards scheme set up to help organisations in a village.
Burley-in-Wharfedale Local History Group was given £150 by the parish council to enable members to purchase a new printer and scanner.
The request for funding was made under the Parish Council's Awards Scheme - an annual project to help non-profit making groups in the area buy equipment they might otherwise not be able to afford.
