About 200 cannabis plants have been seized in a raid on a terraced house in Keighley.
Officers from the town's neighbourhood police unit and Bradford district drugs team swooped on the house in Devonshire Street.
Drugs team officer, Insp Neil Benstead, said the value of the haul was estimated at over £50,000.
"This was a large scale and sophisticated factory covering several floors of the house," he said.
The property was made safe by the power company because electricty had been diverted from another source.
He added that detectives were now probing any possible links with other cannabis factories in the district which were being investigated. No arrests were made.
