A Wibsey woman is throwing a fundraising party in tribute to her parents.
Rachel Saka, 23, who lost both her parents to cancer, has decided to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
The party will feature a hot buffet, a DJ, and raffles and auctions with prizes donated by local businesses.
It will be held at the Italian restaurant La Rotonda, formerly Lapwater Hall, in Tong, Bradford on Saturday, April 5, from 7.30pm.
Rachel said: "It is a cause very close to my heart and I'm hoping this event will help to raise awareness of trying to fight the disease."
