A PERSON was rushed to hospital after a lorry overturned at a wholesale butchers factory.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) was called at 2.24pm today to reports of an overturned HGV.
It was at the John Penny & Sons premises, off Leeds Road, in the Rawdon area.
Footage seen by the T&A shows a large lorry, with an open-top trailer, on its side just behind the first set of buildings off the main road.
The lorry's load, which looks to be granular, is splayed across the courtyard.
An ambulance and clinical supervisor were deployed to the scene.
One individual was rushed to Leeds General Infirmary (LGI).
A full statement from YAS said: "We received an emergency call at 2.24pm today to reports of an overturned HGV on Leeds Road in Rawdon, Leeds.
"An ambulance and clinical supervisor were dispatched to the scene and one patient was conveyed to Leeds General Infirmary."
