Bradford's Pop Idol star Gareth Gates, pictured, has won through to the next round of the new ITV reality ice skating show along with fellow Bradford celebrity Chris Fountain.
The pair were voted through with their dance partners to next week's Dancing On Ice show after TV presenter Sarah Greene became the first victim' to be eliminated in tonight's skate off' against Samantha Mumba.
Chris, from Wibsey, plays heart-throb Justin Burton in Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks.
