A BRADFORD TV doctor says men can play a key role in making women feel safe following the conviction of the man who killed Sarah Everard.
Wayne Couzens, 48, was handed a whole life order for the “grotesque” killing of the 33-year-old marketing executive in March which shocked and outraged the nation.
Dr Amir Khan says there is no place for misogyny, and it should be called out.

Speaking during a debate on Good Morning Britain today, he said: “It’s important that men sit up and listen to these women, not get offended when women are talking about safety and what men can do to make them feel safe.
“If you hear or see misogynistic behaviour, call it out.
“As men, we have to set an example to younger men and younger boys. We have to have a zero tolerance.
“If you see it and it smells of misogyny, talk about it. Tell them why women have to be respected.
“All men have a role to play in that.”
