The full Facebook post said: "There is currently a micro pig running loose in the Poplar Close area of Bramley.
"If you know who the pig belongs to please call 07889 913096."
Micro pigs are often kept as pets and in many cases have been bred to be smaller than their farmyard counterparts.
Although, there have been instances in the past where people have bought an animal described as a micro pig and the pet has then grown to full size.
