A NEW unlicensed owner of a motorbike saw police seize it minutes after his purchase as he did not fulfil his promise of not riding it on the road.
The vehicle was seen being bought in Keighley by a Steerside officer.
The new owner said a van would be picking up the bike.
Instead, 10 minutes later, police found him driving it on the road.
The rider was reported, and the bike was seized.
