A WEATHER warning for thunderstorms and heavy rain comes into force for the Bradford district tomorrow, but when are the storms expected to roll in?
The yellow weather warning for thunderstorms comes into force from 11am tomorrow and lasts until 8pm tomorrow night.
The warning covers northern England, the Midlands, Wales and Northern Ireland, only missing out the south east and some areas of the south west.
Where the storms will strike is still uncertain, but looking at the Met Office’s upcoming forecast for Bradford for tomorrow it doesn’t appear to be one of the areas that will be badly affected.
Bradford is set for a spell of thunder between 8pm and 10pm tomorrow night.
This follows a cloudy morning, then a spell of sunshine and showers which is set to hit Bradford between 2pm and 6pm, before the sunshine and cloudy conditions return afterwards.
This will follow a hot day in Bradford today, with the mercury rising to 28C.
Temperatures will reach a maximum of 22C tomorrow, making it a cooler day than today.
The Met Office is warning that some areas could see disruption from thunderstorms and heavy rain tomorrow as well as potential flooding.
