A COMPULSORY purchase order has been made for a property in Bradford.

Bradford Council has submitted an order for a semi-detached house, 22 Hedge Way off Allerton Road.

The council is about to submit this order to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government for confirmation. A copy of the order may be seen at Room 301, City Hall , Bradford, and can also be viewed on the council’s website at bradford.gov.uk.

Any objection must be made in writing to the National Planning Casework. Unit 5, St. Philips Place, Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2PW or by email to pcu@communities.gov.uk before October 8 and should state the grounds of objection and the objector’s address and interests in the land.
