A 40-YEAR-OLD man was rescued from a river in the Bradford district by fire crews.
The man was rescued by crews who used a ladder after he entered the River Aire at Otley Road, in the Baildon/Shipley area at 11.30am today.
Fire crews from Shipley, Bingley and Fairweather Green attended the incident.
A Shipley Fire Station spokesman said the man had entered the water and police were also in contact with him.
The man, who did not suffer any injuries, was taken to hospital.
