A RESTAURANT’S retrospective planning permission has been approved.
Leeds City Council has approved retrospective planning permission for the Turkuaz restaurant in Harrogate Road, Rawdon, in respect of its previous expansion between 20 and 22 Harrogate Road.
A number of objections were made regarding noise, parking issues, and Conservative Councillor Graham Latty also opposed the plan.
However, the plans were with certain conditions, which included keeping to its opening hours and restricting the number of diners indoors to 40 and in the outdoor seating area to 24, and said illuminated signs on the unit should be removed.
- We have been asked to point out that this planning application in no way affects the operations of Mint, based at The Studio, 18 Harrogate Road, Rawdon.
