THE first homes on one of the biggest housing developments in the District will go up for sale in the Autumn.
In late 2019 Bradford Council granted planning permission for Gleeson Homes to build 167 houses on the former Grattan site off Ingleby Road - one of the biggest unused Brownfield sites in Bradford.
Work is well underway on the site, dubbed Northbeck Grange, and the housing developer said homes would soon be put on the market.
Grattan’s Otto House headquarters was demolished in 2012, and plans for housing on both this site and the neighbouring Rentokill site date back several years.

A Gleeson spokesman said: "We anticipate releasing the first homes for sale this Autumn with prices anticipated to start from £145,995. The development is set to run for around 4 years.
"Northbeck Grange is already proving extremely popular with many local young first time buyers registered to receive updates on the development."
The houses will be a mix of two, three and four bedroom.
