A STACEY Dooley-fronted documentary filmed in a Bradford hospital during lockdown last year has been nominated for an award.
‘Panorama: Stacey Dooley and the Lockdown Babies’ has been shortlisted in the news or current affairs category at the Royal Television Society's Yorkshire Programme Awards 2021.
The popular presenter spent a week in the city filming with new parents about having a baby during the coronavirus crisis.
Bradford Hospitals worked with a documentary team from BBC One’s Panorama on the project and looking to speak to people expecting to become parents next month.
Dooley joined the maternity ward in Bradford and in the community for the one week of filming.
The award winners will be announced at a ceremony held in Leeds on Thursday, September 30.
